Windowed clutch cover
To be honest, when Richard from T.E.S.
Performance, who also modified my GSX-R
clutch cover, told me he could do the same to a GSX clutch cover
I was a bit sceptic. This is because the air-cooled GSX series use
a mechanical clutch actuator that's on the outside of the cover and
needs a construction to support it under load (i.e. when dis-engaging
the clutch).
But as you can see below there really was no reason for any sceptisism
as Rich has really outdone himself again and created a pure work of
art.
As you can see he has left the supporting webs intact for strength
and machined a donut away around the clutch actuator. Though it doesn't
look as clean as a GSX-R cover it does look great and knowing other
work from T.E.S. Performance
it'll guarantee trouble- and leak-free operation.
Contact Wayne from TRIKbits
for price and availability info if you want one. The clutch covers
are on exchange basis so you need to send your own cover. |

| Note my one-off oil filler plug with a broken corner...
did that myself, not Richard! |

| A look from the inside so you can see the standard webbing
is still intact taking care of enough strength. |
